This beautiful dog, named Zohar has a unique story and we are trying to find this gorgeous, loving dog a home here in our area. Zohar is from Kuwait...yes Kuwait in the Middle East! A local supporter we know from Westchester learned about Zohar from her husband who is temporarily working in Kuwait. He started feeding him behind a local McDonald's and the rest is history...Zohar was one of the sweetest dogs he'd ever met and was obviously living on the streets so he took him in, but is not aloud to keep him there. He underwent surgery for a broken leg as well and is now in tip top shape and has had all the medical care he needs and is cleared to be adopted! Please fill out an application if you'd like to jumpstart the adoption process. No appointment is necessary to come in and meet/adopt an animal unless noted differently above. Otherwise, you may come in anytime, no appointment needed to meet/adopt one of our animals! You may also fill out an application when you get here. Please note, we do NOT hold animals, nor do we accept deposits in advance. Even if you have discussed coming in to meet an animal or have an approved application with us, this does not necessarily guarantee you will get that particular puppy or dog as you must always meet the animal(s) you are interested in before being fully approved to adopt. Also note, even if approved to adopt from us, if you have a dog at home they MUST meet the dog(s) you are interested in adopting from here to ensure they get along before you can officially adopt. All Dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated (age appropriate) and come with a free 7 day Vet check from a participating Vet! Our hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday's 1pm-4pm. High Kill Shelter/Southern Rescues, both Puppies and Adults are $325, All Puppies are $325 and Local Stray Adults over 1 year of age are $175. Seniors and Lonely Hearts Club members are $65.
